A red wine designed for long io naging, made from Sangiovese vines with an average age of 20 years and a yield of 65 quintals per hectare. Vinified at a controlled temperature in earthenware amphorae and concrete tanks. Aged in earthenware amphorae and cement tanks and a long period in bottle. Appellation: Sangiovese Rubicon IGT
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Serving temperature: 18/20°
