Data sheet for Colli di Salerno Rosso Montevetrano 2022 Montevetrano:
Appellation: Campania Igt Grapes: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Aglianico, 10% Merlot, wholly owned. Vineyard location: hilly slope Extension: overall for about 5 hectares. Production: production per hectare is 6,000 kg per Ha. with an average density of vines of 4000 per hectare. Training system: the vines are trained partly with spurred cordon, partly Guyot. Soil: the clay soil is of medium texture, rich in skeleton. Vinification: about 20 days in stainless steel with long maceration of the skins, after 15% bloodletting. Aging: after about 12 months, in 225-liter barrels of Nevers, Allier and Tronçais oak.
