DENOMINATION: Marche IGT Rosso
GRAPEVINE: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot
HARVEST PERIOD: Manual harvest with grape selection. Third week of September for Cabernet Franc, second week of October for Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot
SOIL: alluvial in origin, medium deep, medium-textured, clay-loamy with presence of gravelly limestone sediments.
ALTITUDE: 180 meters above sea level.
CULTIVATION: Spurred Cordon
VINIFICATION: In concrete tanks at a controlled temperature of 28° C, with maceration on the skins for about 20 days
MATURATION: 15 months in tonneau
AGING: 24 months in bottle
