Kicking off the calendar of courses and meetings for the public (Spazio Bacchetti, Gallaratese/Musocco area). It starts on Thursday, February 22, with an evening dedicated to Amarone.
Good news for all wine lovers in and around Milan who, starting Thursday, Feb. 22, will find in Paola Bacchetti’s new Milanese “house of wine” for DoctorWine a place to deepen their wine culture: 170 sqm of office space and 170 sqm of warehouse above in Via Privata Gradisca 11 (Gallaratese/Musocco area) will be open to the public for training and in-depth wine courses, and available to wineries, consortia, associations, trade and others to meetings and gatherings, events and tastings.
An initial course of in-depth meetings aimed at the public has already been defined and includes three appointments, one per month, on the Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:30 pm, led by two longtime contributors to DoctorWine: Livia Belardelli (AIS MasterClass sommelier and “flavor coach” in events dedicated to sensory exploration, Puntarella Rossa website “wine” reference) and Flavia Rendina (AIS sommelier and oil sommelier, after experience in the editorial offices of Gambero Rosso and Bibenda, she is now co-editor of Onav’s house organ, L’Assaggiatore).
FEBRUARY 22. Livia Belardelli will lead a tasting on the theme.
