Not a smooth vintage, it showed more promise in the vineyard than in the cellar.
40% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon, 15% Picolit, 5% Moscato Giallo. Fermented in 100% new barrels where it matures 8 months. Brilliant golden. Rich tertiary notes, white chocolate, coconut, latte, barley candy. Full, round, always saline, with the acid backbone supporting and dragging the enveloping sip.
