100% Ribolla Gialla. Long maceration of about 7 months in buried amphorae, then maturation for 7 years in large Slavonian oak barrels. Intense antique gold color. Incredibly complex on the nose, with notes of Earl Grey tea, beeswax, candied citrus, slight saffron for an exciting olfactory profile. Salty, warm, rich, balanced flavor with extraordinary persistence. Great wine.
