Wonderful year from a meteorological point of view.
40% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon, 15% Picolit, 5% Moscato Giallo. Fermented in tonneaux, 70% new, where it ages 8 months. Very light straw yellow with green highlights. The nose is fine and elegant, clean, with notes of citrus, pear, elderflower and jasmine tea. Correspondingly complex in the mouth, it is fresh, saline, continuous, with just the right fruit richness, still young but in sure progression .
