95% Glera, then Bianchetta, Verdiso, Perera. Classic method 24 months, brut 5 g/l. Straw yellow, lively perlage. Deep floral and citrus notes on the nose denote freshness and integrity of the product. The palate is creamy and upright, with some ginger notes and pleasantly savory. Although delicate it does not lack in persistence and character. Perhaps the best version ever.
