70% Syrah, 30% Grenache. 16 months 70% in barrels (30% new) and 30% in cement eggs. Deep purple red with some purplish highlights. Notes of sour cherry and black currant, violets and rose petals, bay leaf, pepper, clove and licorice. Quite structured and round, with a good tannic texture, fresh and persistent with a constant reminder of graphite and pipe tobacco.
