Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon blends. Barrique for 18 months. Intense ruby color. Fairly broad and open nose, with tones of flowers, mulberry blackberry and pomegranate, against a background of cherry syrup and sweet spices. Secondly come balsamic and iron tones. The taste is savory and “sanguine,” balanced and smooth in tannic texture, warm, with an iron and saline echo. Excellent aging potential.
