100% Sangiovese. Very clear and bright garnet ruby. One of the more extreme versions, resulting from a cold and rather rainy year that, however, found sunnier days toward the end of the harvest period. Aromas of jujubes in spirit, then floral notes of carnation, spicy hints of cardamom, and some underbrush memories. All too nimble on tasting, taut, even subtle, with a rather obvious acidity component.
