100% Chardonnay, each plot vinified separately. Maturation half in concrete eggs and half in French oak barrels (20% new) for 14 months. Intense golden color. Rich and varied aromas of apricot and yellow peach, accompanied by citrus notes of cedar, floral notes of elderberry and toast. On the palate it is full and round, creamy but with remarkable freshness and beautiful saltiness. Long grapefruit-flavored finish.
