100% Teroldego. Ferments whole berry in barrique, carbonic maceration. Matures in barrels for 36 months. Dark ruby. Slightly alcoholic nose with notes traceable to small barrel, then plum, plum still fresh. Palate with tannic and balsamic notes. Nice citrusy, blood orange acidity. Clean, elegant finish.
