100% Teroldego. It ferments partly whole cluster in open tonneaux. Then 18 months in barrique. Deep red. On the nose notes of cinchona, cola and coffee along with ripe, concentrated small red fruit. Medium velvety palate, already quite well balanced. Nice drink, very pleasant acidic finish.
