Tenute Sajni Fasanotti

This is the latest winemaking challenge for entrepreneur Umberto Sajni Fasanotti who in 2019 began by acquiring vineyards (some organic) on the slopes of Monte Baldo. The estate works with the maximum respect for the habitat, known for its biodiversity, with a vast line of still and sparkling wines and an important wine and food facility with the conviviality totally in line with the Dolomite style. A former shopping center has been transformed to host a multifunctional reception center, with a restaurant, a bistro, a shop also of exclusive foods and the sparkling wine aging cellar.
