Castelfalfi

In the hilly area on the border between the provinces of Pisa and Florence, lies this estate of about 1100 hectares that includes 350 hectares of woodland (these all within the protected naturalistic area of the Carfalo stream) , 250 of arable land, as well as vineyards and olive groves. Oil production-the mill is owned-is already certified organic; the other crops still need another year for the conversion to be completed. Oenological consulting was entrusted to the capable hands of Lorenzo Landi. On the estate a wonderful resort within the fully restored medieval village.
