60% Rondo, 40% Pinot Gris. Classic method, 5 years on the lees. Pale pink, with gold highlights. Nose with notes of watermelon, wild red fruit, black pepper. Palate not very long but pleasant with hints of pink grapefruit zest finish. Unusual, worth trying.
