100% Fiano. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 2 months in terracotta amphorae. Golden yellow. Aromas of peach and apricot, then medlar and hints of flint. Saline and taut on the palate, at times buttery and delightfully drinkable. Salty and peppery in closing.
