DESCRIPTION

It is the winery that symbolizes Sicily’s wine redemption. It was born almost 25 years ago, and from the very first moment at its helm were very young, then-entrepreneurs-Alessio, Santi and Francesca Planeta-who immediately brought a wind of renewal of extraordinary effectiveness. Today there are as many as five Planeta wineries in different parts of Sicily, and production is no longer minuscule. Enthusiasm and passion remain, and many valuable wines.
