For more than 30 years, one cannot talk about Vernaccia di San Gimignano without taking into account Giovanni Panizzi, whose company has stood out for its vision that is both innovative and respectful of traditions. In 2005 the property changed hands but continues to benefit from the direction of Walter Sovran, an excellent technician and great connoisseur of Vernaccia, and in fact the wines still have a beautiful profile and are consistent with the past, Alongside Vernaccia, increasingly excellent interpretations of Pinot Noir are being developed.
