100% Ribolla macerated for 15 days. It matures between concrete ovens and wooden barrels. Amber yellow with vivid reflections. The nose arrives elegant, compact in its depth and complex. It has hints of raisins, dusty at times. Palate with notes of licorice root and long savoriness. A snappy and very modern macerate.
