Montevertine

Martino Manetti, owner of Montevertine, following in his father Sergio’s footsteps, has maintained at a high level this nonconformist territorial production, which does not have Chianti Classico Docg, a polemical choice against the production regulations that he does not agree with. However, it offers fantastic wines from only sangiovese grapes, which constitute, even in not entirely favorable vintages, amazing qualitative summits. The jewel in the crown of the production is Le Pergole Torte, a very famous and popular wine in Italy, which for finesse and balance has very few rivals.
