Marengoni

The Marengoni family has been running the Casa Bianca farm, in the foothills of Ponte dell’Olio, since 1920. Eco-friendly techniques have always been used to defend against pests, and no weed control or fertilization is ever carried out as we try to contain yields in order to always achieve optimal grape maturity. All annual work from the vineyard to the winery is done by the three family members, with input from third-party personnel (represented many times by friends) only for the harvest, which is always done manually in small boxes.
