100% Chardonnay, fully destemmed. Fermentation and aging in 20-hl, unroasted French oak barrels for 8 months. At least 4 years in bottle. Fruit of a simply perfect vintage. Bright golden yellow with strong intensity. Typical, intense, floral nose of rare elegance, hazelnut, almond, green apple and puffs of blond tobacco. Impactful, almost sumptuous mouthfeel, but also fresh and long lingering, with its distinct sensations of butter and light vanilla.
