100% Chardonnay, fully destemmed. Fermentation and aging in 20-hl, unroasted French oak barrels for 8 months. At least 4 years in bottle. Fruit of a hot year mitigated by heavy rains. Brilliant golden yellow of medium intensity, it has a typical, intense floral nose of hazelnut, green apple and hawthorn. Consistent, fresh, intriguing mouthfeel of good pleasantness and persistence, with distinct butter and caramel sensations.
