“We chose to stay in the mountains and put the magic of the mountains inside each bottle.” So write Silvia and Pietro, owners of this mountain winery in Val di Non. Here, at high altitude, they have decided to devote themselves, heart and soul, to wine and to enhance their local grape varieties, Gewürztraminer and Groppello, in a land of rock and expanses of apple orchards. Wind, clean air, authentic scents, temperature ranges and lots of light, these are the ingredients.
