I Borboni

The Numeroso family has the merit of having recovered from extinction the asprinio vine, which in the Aversa area finds its elective place. The typical cultivations with the traditional system of “alberata” (married vine) free-footed resumed life in the 1980s after years of abandonment so the wines bear witness to millenary traditions, linked to the territory. The winery is built on an evocative tuff cave, located at a depth of 13 meters, dating back to the early 20th century and fully recovered, where the natural temperature, the right humidity and the light filtering through a large trapdoor are constant all year round.
