100% Friulano. It rests in used barrels for 10 months. Pale yellow. Floral and yellow and white fruit notes on the nose with a touch of sweetness that tastes of almond milk. There is no shortage of tauter notes and reminiscent of stone all wrapped up in toasty touches. The palate comes in warm and soft, with saffron as well as medlar. Medium persistent, slightly bitter.
