Deep straw yellow is the color of the house. Confidence and exuberance on the nose: loquats and yellow plums are overwhelmed by herbs, fennel and, very insistent, hydrocarbon notes. The palate is very fruity with prickly pear and cedar; full-bodied, but with a very firm acidity, which fades only to leave a little room for savoriness and spice. Although he has not yet reached his full maturity, he already has a distinct personality and strong balance.
