100% Pinot Noir from two vineyards grown at high planting density, in Borgonato: Quindicipiò, on the hillside, and Brolo, overlooking Palazzo Lana Berlucchi. Part of the base wine ages 6 months in barrique. Classic method, 9 years on yeasts, extra brut dosage. Brilliant golden with fine perlage. Nose of ripe yellow plums, barley toast and a touch of cedar. Classic pastry notes with the usual balsamic signature (herbs de Provence, lavender), sandalwood and coffee powder. Creamy, round, savory mouthfeel with the usual elegance.
