100% Fiano planted in 1995. Fermentation and maturation for 24 months in French oak tonneau, then waiting. Golden yellow. Complex aromas of alfalfa, exotic fruit, date, honey and slight hints of spice. Excellent body, fresh, lean and still very young. Savory with a very long finish and Lying on a light note of spice.
