DESCRIPTION
Fattoria Le Pupille was founded in the 1970s and soon became an interpreter of Maremma’s excellent viticulture thanks to the will of Elisabetta Geppetti, who was in love with her land and convinced of its potential. From the few hectares of the historic core of the property today the estate can count on 420 hectares, 90 of which are planted with vines. Fattoria Le Pupille’s vineyards are located in the most beautiful areas of Maremma, at an average altitude of about 250 meters above sea level. Unique territories, which today Elisabetta and her children Clara and Ettore tell the world about through their wines. In addition to the iconic Bordeaux Saffredi, the collection includes the pride of Sangiovese Poggio Valente, two limited-run monovarietals, Syrah Le Pupille and Petit Manseng Piemme, Morellino di Scansano in vintage and Riserva versions, Poggio Argentato, a fresh and fruity white, and the elegant rosé RosaMati.
