100% Carricante. Fermentation in barrel, then steel for 24 months. Bright straw yellow, with greenish nuances. The nose is a concentration of marine salinity, dictated by oysters and rock salt, alongside yellow citrus and balsamic herbs. Notes of vanilla still stir in the background. The taste is vertical, conveyed by an indomitable acid thrust, savory, with a finish that stretches on eternal vanilla and smoky returns. A young man of incredible promise.
