100% Carricante. Two years in tonneau, one in bottle. Light gold with greenish flashes. The nose, intense and complex, opens with sensations of cedar, herbs and broom flowers, then revealing rounder tones of candied ginger, powdered sugar and even saffron, amid gradually more obvious smoky puffs. The mouth, structured and rather soft, does not give up a lively and saline acidity, giving an elegant and just dry leave-taking. Of very long perspectives.
