Elegant, fresh vintage evidenced by still lively acidity. Negroamaro 70%, Malvasia nera 10% and Montepulciano 20%. Matures in large chestnut barrels for at least 24 months. Orange. The nose is fine and elegant, balsamic and fruity notes, plum is less dry than the previous vintage. On the sip, tannin dominates over acidity. It is the latest vintage produced by Salvatore Apollonio.
