100% Sangiovese from the Casetto vineyard. Maturation in 5- and 7-hl tonneaux. Live garnet. Enveloping, crisp nose with fruity and at times caramel notes, then fresh orange citrus and refined spice. Mouth saline, taut, more subtle than would be expected for the vintage, tannins integrated into a very balanced whole. Very fresh finish. More immediate than other vintages.
