Pinot Noir 50% and Chardonnay 35% + 15% Pinot Noir vinified in red. 5 years on the lees. Beautiful raspberry pink, with fine perlage. The olfactory approach is focused on fruit, with raspberry and black currant on display, alongside floral hints of peony. The mouth is responsive, firm and intense, with voluminous carbonics; the finish is savory, taut and just astringent, in the memory of raspberry juice.
