45% Meunier and 45% Pinot Noir, 15% red, 10% Chardonnay. Classic method, 36 months on lees, brut. Pale pink with light garnet highlights. Distinct red fruits on the nose, including strawberry, blueberry and some raspberry. Bursting acidity on the palate, taut with intriguing grip on the finish. Astringency and a very pleasant tannic touch, fruity finish.
