Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier + 25% house reserve. 4 years on the lees. Light gold to the eye with rich, continuous bubble. The olfactory range condenses candied citrus and ginger with sweet almond toasting. The onset on the palate is soft, but is immediately energized by the “degreasing” power of ringing acidity and rich bubbles, which dilute any excess sweetness, giving a clean, citrusy finish.
