Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay in equal parts. 4 years on the lees. Faint gold to the eye, with rich, fine perlage. The nose is delicate and very fragrant in perceptions of toasted almond and citrus. The mouth is soft, creamy and tantalizing in its carbonic intake and fine salinity that lends pleasantness to a drink that never tires.
