Pinot Blanc, with Chardonnay and then Arbanne (a local historical grape variety, delicate, late, with nice acidity and low yields, whose percentage in the blend is growing). The base is the 2019 vintage, extra brut dosage at 1-2 g/l. Straw-colored with greenish highlights and nice perlage. Fine and very fresh on the nose, with floral scents of lime, notes of pastry and yellow fruit. Pleasant, saline, flavorful on the palate with a slight honeyed finish.
Eight to 10 thousand bottles are produced.
