Cave des Onze Communes

Cave des Onze Communes is oneof the most important wine cooperatives in Valle d’Aosta, growing steadily. The production range mirrors the vineyard park at its disposal, distributed in eleven communes at altitudes between 550 and 850 meters, 86 members for 63 hectares. Lots of investment in the winery, from innovative new presses to Beppe Caviola’s consultancy. A successful project is the line of wines called Miniera, vinified in Mont Blanc granite tanks and aged in magnetite mines in Cogne, the highest mines in Europe at more than 2,000 meters above sea level at a constant temperature of 6°C.
