100% Verdejo ancient clone. Matures in barrique with flor veil 30 months. Straw yellow with more intense highlights. Floral notes on the nose. Dried and acacia flowers in deep notes of sweetness. Oxidative touches are reminiscent of apple. Complex and with clear, clean scents. The palate is dominated by acidity and freshness. Adequately salty conquers on drinking, leaving open and pleasant hints as it passes. An unusual but really surprising drink.
