Cantele

The Cantele winery in Guagnano, founded by Augusto Cantele, was born in 1979, and over time it has carved out a role for itself as an absolute protagonist in the Salento world.
The background is rooted in the postwar period, with the story of Giovan Battista Cantele and Teresa Manara, Augusto and Domenico’s parents and inspirers of what would become the winery.
Today it is their grandchildren and heirs who carry it on, with Gianni Cantele at the forefront of the technical realization of the wines.
