Calafè Winery was born as a dream of Benito Petrillo, a former bookseller who transferred the same passion for publishing to the vineyard.
In 1999, he bought two hectares of land in the heart of the Irpinia mountains, committing himself to agriculture rich in farming traditions and values of environmental sustainability, producing extraordinarily long-lived wines with great character.
