100% Vermentino. Ferments and ages partly in 400-liter clayver ceramics and partly in 320-liter unroasted barrels for 9 months on fine lees. Greenish straw yellow. Intense nose with hints of peach and Mediterranean scrub evident. Juicy and sunny yet savory and saline drink typical of maritime wines. Persistent finish.
