100% Chardonnay. Classic method for 7 years, disgorgement 2023. Straw yellow, fine, lively bubble. Buttery nose with toasty touches, vanilla and almond notes refreshed by lemon leaf. Citrusy palate with unexpected tropical fruit notes, well measured. Intrigued and unexpectedly easy drinking.
