100% Nebbiolo, from the top of the Pajé amphitheater. It matures 5 years in wood and 3 in concrete. It has bright red color with surprising brightness. The aromas are definitely varied, with a very broad spectrum, always evolving in the glass. Immediately balsamic notes bewitch, then the return of berries, raspberry jelly, with light notes of tobacco and cocoa. In time the solemn return of spices, slightly peppery, almost oriental-like. The mouth is even severe for a tannic charge yet to be tamed, vigorous, with great character and persistence.
