100% Nebbiolo, from the top of the Pajé amphitheater. It matures 5 years in wood and 3 in concrete. Brilliant red, it has extraordinarily articulate and intense aromas of underbrush, dewy humus and jammy pomegranate. Stunning sharp balsamic note, slight tobacco and cocoa notes. The mouth is incredibly dense, very broad, with great tannic energy and interminable persistence.
