100% Nebbiolo, from the top of the Pajé amphitheater. It matures 5 years in wood and 3 in concrete. The color scheme, definitely tending toward deep red, immediately hints at raw material of great thickness. On the nose, notes of pine needles immediately prevail over the not inconsiderable floral array, which ranges from infused rosehips to pansies. But complexity is only structured with abundant oxygenation, where hints of underbrush bramble fruit are added. The mouth is austere, strutting, with great saturation.
